Interact Program™ is a customer interaction management solution that enables powerful dialogue and event-based marketing. It allows you to identify key events in a customer’s lifecycle and then act intelligently with a series of pre-defined messages and follow-ups to drive additional or desired outcomes. Interact Program provides an easy-to-use workflow diagramming tool that enables you to visually map out interactive messaging dialogues governed by event triggers, timers, decision trees, and business rules – so you can carry on intelligent conversations with your customers in an automated, efficient way.
It also includes a pre-built library of best-practice programs that you can leverage and customize, including welcome, lead nurture, cart abandonment, cross-sell/up-sell, and win-back programs. For example:
- Shopping cart abandonment programs: When a customer abandons an online shopping cart, send an email or postcard the next day that includes incentives to purchase the abandoned product. If no response, send another incentive two days later.
- Cross-sell/up-sell programs: When a customer makes a purchase, include a cross-sell or up-sell message for related products in your transaction confirmation email or shipping insert.
- Win-back programs: When a frequent purchaser has not purchased within his normal purchase cycle, send an email or postcard with a replenishment incentive or coupon to purchase.
- Lead nurture programs: When a prospect downloads a white paper or other document, send a sequence of informational emails at regular intervals that educate and provide opportunities to learn more
