To ensure our customers are continually maximizing their investment in the Responsys Interact® platform, we regularly offer product training sessions in a variety of formats and locations. Basic training is required for all new customer accounts to help get users up-and-running quickly.

Responsys customers should contact their dedicated Account Manager to register or obtain detailed information on product training.
