Independent Research Firm Recognizes Responsys as A Strong Performer and the Only Exclusively On-demand Vendor in Cross-Channel Campaign Management Wave

Along with 10 other vendors with support for CCCM programs, significant market presence, and strong customer interest, Responsys was evaluated against 91 criteria. The company's perfect score (5.00/5.00) in the cost category was one of only three perfect scores awarded to any vendor in the evaluation.
