Responsys Appoints Kerryn Chan for Newly Created Client Success Division
Monday, 8 September 2008 - Responsys, a leading global provider of on-demand email and marketing automation solutions, today announced that Kerryn Chan has been appointed Senior Client Consultant. Chan joins Responsys from the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) bringing with him a wealth of marketing experience. He will report to Sonia Tay, Director of Client Success, a newly created division at Responsys Asia Pacific.
At STB, Chan spearheaded the development and marketing of premium lifestyle events in Singapore to brand and position Singapore as a premium lifestyle destination to regional high net worth visitors. He has had a hand in developing events such as the renowned Christmas Light-Up and Christmas in the Tropics campaigns, the World Gourmet Summit and the inaugural Singapore Grand Prix Season.
“Chan brings with him vast marketing experience coupled by strong commercial and financial acumen from his previous experience that will serve our clients well. He will help Responsys solidify our strategic consulting offerings to clients,” said Tay.
Chan will be responsible for overseeing the development and rollout of lifecycle marketing for key client accounts. These will include newly acquired accounts Loyalty New Zealand and Westfield Australia as well as global accounts like Symantec.
