Our clients use our solutions to send permission-based personalized communications to their prospects and customers. In addition to requiring that our clients comply with CAN-SPAM and all other applicable laws in their sending of communications, we further require that our clients contractually agree not to send unsolicited commercial email or other messages at all using our platform. Responsys will investigate any complaint that a Responsys client is sending unsolicited commercial messages.
