We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Application Systems Analyst to join our team of experts based in San Bruno, CA. We seek a well-rounded individual willing to assume responsibility and grow at a rapid pace. Responsys is looking for a candidate with a strong focus on application and system diagnostic experience with an Enterprise Application:
Qualifications:
- Programming experience in scripting (using tools such as Java, Perl or Python skills is a plus). Linux/Unix knowledge is required.
- Familiar with RDBMS (SQL, Loaders, ETL)
- Software As A Service (On-Demand, ASP) a BIG PLUS
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work in a cross functional environment.
- B.S. in a Technical Area or 2-5 years equivalent experience.
Description:
- Interact with the Customer Support Organization in the capacity of Tier 2 Support for customers.
- Review, analyze, and recommend corrective action on application issues.
- Identify and develop tools to assist in Production Support’s and Operation ability to troubleshoot application related issues.
- Document Standard Operation Procedures for Production Support/Operation team, as required.07
- Job requires 24/7 on call support for after business hours. On call is base on a weekly rotating schedule
- Attend weekly Production Support team meetings and participate team building activities.
