Responsys is looking to hire a legal counsel to help support its global, fast-growing, software-as-a-service email and multi-channel marketing business.
Responsibilities:
Review, draft and negotiate sales, professional services, partner and vendor contracts, working collaboratively with sales, account management, professional services and operations
Provide counsel and assistance on a wide variety of transactions and issues
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law in California
5+ years relevant legal experience
2+ years in-house experience drafting and negotiating complex enterprise SaaS/software/technology agreements in a global, fast-paced, demanding sales environment
Outstanding drafting, negotiation, communication (verbal and written), organizational and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with an insistence on high quality work product
Team player with a strong business execution focus, outstanding judgment and impeccable integrity
“Can do” attitude and ability to handle a wide range of complex matters with minimal supervision, often on a time-sensitive basis
Foreign language skills are a plus (e.g., German, French, Spanish)
Title and compensation flexible depending on fit and experience.
