Responsys was named a leader in Forrester’s email marketing service provider evaluation. In the December 2009 evaluation, Responsys received the highest score in the strategy category and received perfect scores in all five subcategories: strength of management team, strength of employee base, executive vision, product road map, and vertical strategy.

In the latest Email Marketing Buyer's Guide, 2008, JupiterResearch scored Responsys highest overall among large-enterprise-oriented email service providers, based on combined business value and market suitability.

The report praises Responsys Interact® for its improved provisions for deploying integrated print and mobile campaigns. These include new capabilities that "make it easy to manage cross channel campaigns as well as multi-step, multi-person production processes" and support marketers in planning, executing, automating and optimizing campaigns through a single platform. The report also recognizes the strength of the Responsys world-class client services team.

This was the third consecutive year that Responsys earned the highest combined overall score in its category in JupiterResearch's annual evaluation.
