Following a recent purchase from Crate & Barrel of these lovely counter stools, I received this Trigger Email for Care Instructions. This is a really nice touch, and a brilliant way to keep the conversation going. It makes me feel like C&B genuinely cares that I enjoy the product I have just purchased. With minimal links, the layout is nice, and the content is short and sweet.
