RI-104: Responsys Interact Insight Training for Analysts
This course is targeted for report analysts and admins, but will benefit any Responsys Insight user. The training begins with a review of how to view and modify standard Insight tabular, chart and trend reports to get the answers to your business questions. You will then learn how to customize a report, publish and export reports and dashboards to provide a tailored reporting environment for your users.
RI-105: Forms Essentials
Responsys Interact Forms provides you with the functionality to collect data for recipient profiling, polling and surveying applications. This course provides new users of Interact Forms with basic training on how to import customized response forms to receive and store data in a Responsys data source. You will also learn how to create rules to automatically trigger follow-up campaigns and alerts based on customer responses.
RI-106: Advanced Dynamic Content
Take this course if you are a beginning user of dynamic content and want to learn how to setup modular content templates, create reusable dynamic content modules, leverage segment groups in your rules. The training also covers advanced personalization techniques using table lookups and Responsys built-in functions.
RI-201: Interact Program
This course prepares you to use Responsys Interact Program to design, build and launch individualized lifecycle marketing campaign programs. You will learn how to use Responsys Interact Program to create multi-stage, multi-channel marketing programs based on customer events or data changes. You will build a simple program and then discuss scenarios and best practices for Responsys Interact Program implementations.

Advanced Forms
This class will provide you with practical examples of how to extend and customize the use of forms to encourage your audiences to communicate with you. You will learn how to personalize forms with dynamic content, implement easy-to-use polls and surveys, and collect data through drip and multi-page profile forms. The session also covers how you can implement supplemental history tables to use for audit trails or followup purposes.
Preparing for Responsys Interact 6
You may not be planning your move to the Responsys Interact Suite for awhile, but this is a great opportunity to get up close to the product so you can think about your plan for transitioning and training your users. This course provides a hands-on exposure to the new Responsys Interact Suite so you can experience the user interface and understand how your customer data and events are managed and exposed in the new Interact platform. The instructor will discuss and demonstrate the key differences in how data is imported and maintained, and you will try out the new filter designer and campaign targeting interface. You will also get a feel for the Insight analytics system so you can see how data flows to reports.
Implementing Testing Scenarios
This instructor begins with a review of typical email marketing campaign testing metrics, approaches and evaluation criteria recommended by our Strategy team. You will learn how to use Responsys Interact tools to implement various testing strategies using split-run launches, random samples, and other techniques. You will also learn how to interpret various reports to evaluate the results of your tests and decide on next steps
