What is the registration fee?
A Responsys Interact 2011 conference pass is $995 USD.
Is there a group discount?
Yes. If you buy 2 full priced conference passes, you will get the third complimentary. If you buy 5 full priced conference passes, you will get 3 additional passes complimentary.
What is included in my registration fee?
Registration includes admission into all keynotes and breakout sessions and the Partner Pavilion. It also includes Wednesday night’s private concert, Thursday night’s closing Taste of Napa event, and all conference meals.
Will there be training courses offered at Responsys Interact 2011?
Yes, Responsys University courses are available to Responsys customers at a rate of $399 (a savings of $350) for a full day of pre-conference hands-on training.
Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Yes. After you register online, you will receive an automated email confirming your registration.
What types of payments are accepted for the conference fee?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Is my reservation transferable?
Yes. You can transfer your paid registration to a colleague from your company. Please submit all transfer requests to registration@responsys.com.
What if I have to cancel?
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email (registration@responsys.com) no later than January 21, 2011. All cancellations made on or before January 21, 2011 are subject to a cancellation fee of $100 USD.

Are you offering a discounted room rate at the event hotel?
Yes, Responsys has secured a limited number of hotel rooms at a discounted rate of $259/night for single or double occupancy, plus applicable taxes, at the event hotel, the San Francisco Marriott Marquis. You will be able to reserve your room when you register for Responsys Interact 2011.
Does the registration fee include air transportation and hotel accommodations?
All air transportation and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee.
